Description:
ThinkNet is looking for a new employee to
generate revenue by developing market
potential through forecasting, lead
generation, qualification, closing sales,
and meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
•
Developing,
monitoring, and executing project plans and
coordinating timely execution of major
milestones, approvals, sign-offs, and
implementation
•
Estimating,
planning and scheduling project activities
and team resources
•
Addressing
technical installation issues for an
infrastructure management solution
•
Able to work
with clients at all organizational levels to
define business processes and provide advice
including business process improvement
•
Effective
implementation of business and technical
solutions
•
You should
possess the ability to analyze complex
application problems and provide workable
solutions.
•
You should be
energetic, motivated, and
achievement-oriented
Required Skills and Experience include:
Initiates sales
process by scheduling appointments
•
Prospect
by making ‘cold calls’ and marketing lead
follow-ups
•
Lead
initial presentations
•
Adjusts
content of sales presentations based on
research and feedback
•
Understand account requirements
Help close sales by building rapport with
potential account
•
Explain
product and service capabilities
•
Overcome
objections
•
Prepare
contracts
Manage the life-time relationship with
existing customers
•
Expands
sales in existing accounts by introducing
new products and services
•
Manage
the day-to-day customer sales relationship
Keeps management informed by submitting
activity and results reports, such as:
•
Daily
call log reports
•
Weekly
work plans
•
Weekly
funnel, pipeline and backlog reporting
Identifies market potential by qualifying
accounts
•
Focuses
sales efforts by studying existing and
potential lead volume
Contributes information to market strategy
by monitoring competitive products and
reactions from accounts
•
Review
professional publications
•
Establish
personal networks
•
Participate in professional societies
•
Attend
various industry events - seminars, product
roll-outs, training, conferences, etc., to
further personal and corporate objectives
•
Five (3)
years overall business experience (including
sales experience).
•
Prior
experience in new business development,
acquisition and account strategy.
•
Proven
ability to analyze and communicate customer
needs.
•
Superior
presentation, influencing and negotiating
skills.
•
Ability
to plan and organize in complex and
competitive environments.
•
Proactive
problem solving skills, relationship
building and effective selling skills.
•
Results
oriented, resourceful, team player, positive
attitude.
•
Maturity,
sound judgment, leadership presence and
credibility, business acumen.
Education
•
Bachelor degree in Business or related field
desired or equivalent
