We are currently seeking multiple Team
Leaders/Project Managers interested in
working on challenging projects to join our
growing team.
Key Responsibilities include:
•
Daily interaction
with clients to keep them apprised of
project status and ensure a consistently
high level of customer service
•
Provide management
with regular and accurate project status
updates
•
Analyze customer
business requirements to develop clear
specifications
• Accurately estimate effort for assigned
tasks to consistently meet
commitments
•
Manage the
development teams and development tasks
to successful conclusion
•
Provide technical
expertise during all phases of software
development
•
Provide quality
assurance to ensure that developed
solutions meet customer business
requirements
•
Manage team
utilization and workload levels
•
Apply leadership
skills to motivate teams to help achieve
company goals & objectives.
Required Skills
and Experience include:
•
Three to
five years application systems
development experience
•
Three to
five years team management experience
•
REQUIRED:
Microsoft Project 2003/2007
•
REQUIRED:
Microsoft .NET (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET) and
SQL Server experience
•
DESIRED:
SharePoint, Web Parts, Report Server,
Analysis Server
•
Strong
technical, analytical, problem solving
and time management skills
•
Ability to
plan and organize in complex, fast-paced
environments
•
Mature with
excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
•
Results-oriented, self-motivated, team
player, positive attitude and
enthusiastic
•
Must be
available for travel to client sites in
the Greater Toronto AreaDegree in
Computer Engineering, Computer Science
or related field
