Phase 1: Discovery
ThinkNet will meet with your company’s key stakeholders to discuss your company’s business needs. Based on this discussion ThinkNet will recommend appropriate solutions for your key stakeholders to evaluate.
Phase 2: Initiation
Once a decision is made on which option will best suit your business objectives ThinkNet will build a proposal including a statement of work, time and effort estimates, initial timelines, and a risk assessment for your review. Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed off, the project will begin.
Phase 3: Planning
A project charter, detailed project plan, resource plan, risk register, risk plan and communication plan will then be delivered to client stakeholders for approval. These documents will outline the key deliverables and timelines for the project. All hardware and software requirements for the project will also be outlined, along with a procurement timeline. ThinkNet will then work with the client stakeholders to document critical success factors for the project.
Phase 4: Execution
During this phase, ThinkNet architects will create and deliver requirements documents and design documents for review and feedback from client stakeholders. Test cases will be created, and then the infrastructure and features are developed, configured, deployed, and tested. Interoperability with other applications is ensured.
Phase 5: Monitor and Control
Throughout the planning and execution phases the ThinkNet Project Manager will monitor and control the project plan, scope, cost, resources, risks, and critical success factors. ThinkNet and the client stakeholders will participate in regular status meetings to discuss the status of the project and implement any necessary change control processes.
Phase 6: Closing
Client stakeholders then review the custom solution deliverables and sign-off the project during a final review meeting. ThinkNet will document any additional custom development opportunities that were discovered during the delivery of the current project for review by the client. Technical support and maintenance, including post-deployment training, is available based on client support requirements.
