Here's the drill:

1. Apply

The first step towards becoming a consultant at ThinkNet is your written application.  Please send your CV and cover letter to , and identify the job opening you are applying for. On the basis of your CV and letter, we will decide whether we would like to proceed.  Due to the large volume of applications we receive, only the applicants most closely aligned with our openings will be contacted directly.  If we do decide to proceed with your application, we will invite you for a number of consecutive interviews.

2. First Interview Skills Assessment Interview

The first interview will be a brief one-on-one interview, followed by a written test. The goal of this interview is to assess the compatibility of your technical aptitude and experience with the ThinkNet job opening.

3. Second Interview Business Case Study

If you are successful in the initial interview, you will be invited to attend a business case study interview. The case study may be a business case, technical problem, or a very conceptual problem. The scenarios presented and role-playing are specifically designed to simulate potential scenarios that you could be faced with in a consulting environment.

During the interview we will try to form an opinion about the following characteristics:

4. You are Hired!

Upon successful completion of your second interview, you may be offered a position at ThinkNet!  From there, you will enjoy a rewarding career.
